Catching Up

Sorry we haven't posted in a while. Where does time go? It's already the 9th of January!
I've been back to work for 4 days now and I am exhausted! I took today off to catch up on some sleep and, wouldn't you know it, Nina slept for almost 7 hours! All week she seemed to average only 3 hours. Go figure...
Anyway, here are some pictures from after Christmas and New Year's Day.

Olivia is loving Nina...she is always trying to touch her. Olivia is really helpful when it comes to giving Nina her binky too. It may take a couple of tries but Liv eventually gets it in Nina's mouth.

Here is the family celebrating the many birthdays that we have this time of year. Larry's is Dec. 29th, mine is Dec. 30th and Haley's is Jan. 1st. We got a Costco cake...YUM!

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas to everyone! We had a fun day at our house! It was Nina's first Christmas, which she slept through, and the first Christmas that Olivia was able to participate in. She enjoyed opening presents for about 5 minutes and then didn't care. She just started playing with the gifts she already opened.

Snow Suit!

Olivia's snow suit came! We went out on the deck this evening to enjoy some of the snow that continues to fall. Check out these fun pictures of Olivia outside.

I can't remember when we had this kind of snow! It is perfect snowman weather! Maybe we'll go out and make one tomorrow! We attempted to make a large snowball. Olivia was trying to eat it.

Happy Birthday Nina

Nina is a Month old today. We had pictures taken yesterday due to the wacky weather report for today. Glad we did that!

The portraits begin...I hope I have enough room on my cube walls at work to start posting Nina pics! Right now, one whole side of my cube is covered in Olivia!

Snow, Snow, Snow

Papa Larry took Olivia on the deck to see the snow this morning. She loved it! I can't believe she actually let me put gloves on her!
We went ahead and ordered a snow suit and proper snow mittens and boots for her since we should be getting more snow next week! Hurry up Mr. Postman.

Here's Nina

Here are some pictures of Nina over the last couple of weeks that she's been home. She loves to sleep during the day...she doesn't like the quiet of night like the rest of us. Hopefully we'll find a schedule soon!

We love our little 'Peanut'. She's so much smaller than Olivia was that it seems strange when we hold her. But. I'm sure Nina will catch up quickly to Olivia...Nina can eat! She eats and eats and eats...I'm exhausted!

Nina is already lifting her head up a bit. She's doing so well with focusing on our faces too! She's growing so fast! At her 2 week check up, she had already grown about and inch or so and gained almost a pound! (She lost nearly a pound after she was born.) She's been such a "Joy" to get to know!
